  Good morning everyone,may I have your attention,please? I am glad to be able to give a lecture on this classroom. This once , I want to talk about English. My topic of conversation is that I love English. As everyone knows,English is very important today.It has been used everywhere in the world.It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. If we can speak English.well,we will have more chance to succeed.Because more and more people have taken notice of it,the number of the people who go to learn English has increased at a high speed. But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.When I speak English, I can feel the confident from my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chines. I love English,it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can travel around the world one day. With my good English, I can make friends with many people from different contries.I can see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go to London,because it is the birth place of English. I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the English spoken people,I hope that they can love our country like us. I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study, one day I can speak English very well. If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable.   That is why this summer, at the G20 conference, the United States and Japan were founding members of a bold, new initiative with the World Bank the Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative. This facility is the first of its kind to empower women entrepreneurs in developing countries. It will provide access to the capital, networks, and mentorship needed to thrive and will dramatically impact the ecosystem of women’s entrepreneurship globally. And we are just getting started!

  As we gather in Tokyo today, I can’t help but think of some of the great women pioneers in this country who have inspired our generation. Women like Yoshiko Shinohara

  She survived World War Two, started as a secretary and went on to open a small business in her one bedroom apartment. Her company grew into a world renowned business in over a dozen countries. Today, as you all know, Yoshiko is Japan’s first female self made billionaire. Now, she helps young people afford the education they need to pursue their dreams and contribute to society.

  Because of pioneers like Yoshiko, women in this country and around the world aspire to greater feats, climb to higher positions, and pave new pathways forward.

  Today, we are redefining success. We’re discarding the old formula of the ideal woman the ideal worker the ideal mother. We are helping to shape a more realistic and complete picture of what it is to be a woman who thrives and who helps her business, community and family do the same.

  The fact is, all women are “working women.” Whether they make the commute to work each morning, or spend each day with their children at home, or some combination of both. Truth be told, on Sunday nights, after a messy and wonderful weekend with my children, I am far more exhausted than on Friday evenings, after a long week of work at the office. I deeply admire women who choose to work inside the home raising their children and respect this decision.

  I am glad to be here to share my opinions with all of you. My topic today is about Internet. With the development of technology more and more people are fond of using Internet. It is particularly popular among young people. Just like the coin has two sides internet also has its own advantages and disadvantages. First of all the Internet has brought people great convenience in getting information entertainment and contact with each other. As for our students it is a useful tool when we meet problems. When we are tired a piece of light music will help us relax. If we have free time we can enjoy movies or interesting cartoons. What’s more we can also watch live programs on the internet or see it later if we are not available at that time. But there is also bad influence. Some of the young teenagers are addicted to computer games and some even play games all night. Because of lacking in sleep those students can not focus on in the class 。 As a result they may fail in the exam. When they realize it is wrong to spend too much time playing games it’s already too late.

  I have remembered such a piece of news 。 An excellent student flunked xxx考试不及格xxx because he could not concentrate on his study for being too indulged in computer games. He spent nearly all the money on games which was earned by his fathers selling blood. When his father knelt down to beg him to return to school he was too numb to show any regret.

  The most serious harm of computer games come from their contents which affects teenagers mental health. Many games involve violence such as fighting and killing. When they enjoy the pleasure of success a violent turn of mind is developed and rooted in them which may induce future violent behaviour in their life. So when computers entertaining function is highly spoken of such a problem does deserve our serious concern. In addition long times working before computer also does harm to health. The radiation from the computer can arose many uncomfortable feelings. like a headache poor eyesight. At last people who are fond of making friends on line should also be careful. Many convicts use Internet as a way to cheat. Although it has many disadvantages Internet has become an indispensable part of peoples life in recent years. In my point of view it’s wrong to blame Internet itself it’s all depend on the way we use it. If we use it in a right way it can be one of the best friends in our life. That s all thank you!

  今天我们碰到安全问题,其实安全问题如果你们做一些研究的话,会发现都是在WIN95,98碰到的最多。当时比尔盖茨放弃了WIN20xx,他说算了就用简单的95做,如果他放弃了那个,今天我们在全球服务器市场就不会有任何的市场占有率,所以要眼光看得远,看得对,要有耐心,不要浮躁。这个和我们的公司的一个culture也有关系。微软culture在创立这个公司的时候,每个人都有一个PC,但是可以想像20xx年前,或者回去问你们的父母,如果20xx年前有人跟他说有个公司要把电脑放在每一个人的书桌或者是家中,他们会有什么感想。其实做软件它的目的也就是让人们能够得回他们最宝贵的资源,他们的时间,让人们更有效率,让人们能够发挥他们的潜力,这个才是我们最终永恒永远不变的一个方向。第二个文化passion,这一点是美国人比较强的,美国人是很有热情的,热情当然有好处,有坏处,如果你是有热情的事就做,别的不做,如果你是对某一种事情有热情,对别的事没有热情那也不行。这里面更重要的是customer和partner,

  technology放在最后一位,我们过去曾经犯过错误,不是为技术创新而做技术创新,是为了顾客为了我们的合作伙伴,今天有了这几句话,公司慢慢的转移了,也就是说过去我们做的工作可能是innovation,我们做好了我们的创新放过去顾客就来了,今天我们做的可能更是理解顾客要求什么,照这些要求来做他们所真的需要的一些技术,所以这个innovation,已经有一个很大的改变。当然我们在说一个企业文化,也许有人会说这个是不是很虚,当然不是,当公司推出了这样的people

  review之后,我们所有的衡量,我们每个月,每年度的评估都要把这个放上去,就是说每一个人都要有一个review。你为顾客做了什么,你花了多长时间,我去问哪个顾客会知道他很满意跟你的合作,这些就是一定要贯彻在整个公司的,并不是说一个口号就可以,第三就是负责心,就是我要定一个目标,然后我要达到它,达到了我可以希望授奖,没有达到我可以希望受惩罚,这是要非常公正的一种评估。怎么样能够做到accountable,accountability其实很重要的一部分是一定要有衡量,如果每一个员工,他的衡量的目标就是说今年要满足一些用户,或者说今年要发明几个技术,第一步就是说你要确定自己有什么目标,每个目标你能够衡量,最后你才能知道自己做的`是好还是不好,才能够有一种紧迫感,有一种主人翁感。

  最后自我批评,自我批评就是说永远不对自己满足,一直追求卓越。当然提到自我批评,我总是不能忘记上次在北大演讲,我讲的题目是“如何做一个演讲”做完了以后有位同学就说我有一个问题,我想你批评自己的演讲哪里讲的不好。这也是一种自我批评,但是这里的自我批评其实就类似的意思,就是你要教别人,你要自己能够有能力,而且你不能够自满,要一直追求卓越,希望能够做得更好。比如说比尔盖茨他参观了印度回来,他说这个印度在e-goverment上领先了微软公司,我们到印度某某公司去参观,他已经领先了微软公司,它不全世界的e-goverment,做到每一个国家做一个e-goverment,我们自己做的不够好,要慢慢反省,比尔盖茨每次做完演讲都会问他的演讲,帮写演讲稿的说我哪里做的不好,你批评我,我才能做得更好,这些你可以想像这么伟大的,这么了不起的一个leader,他都这么self-critical,所以我们不能够轻易地自满。我们非常容易地可以讲一些话,把自己讲得很好,我们可以做一种包装,任何一个公司在某一个指标,总是做得最好的,但是这种自我包装和夸奖,不是一个能够提升一个技术公司的一种很好的途径。

  我今天的名言来自毕淑敏,这句话是:幸福并不与财富地位声望婚姻同步,这只是你心灵的感觉。

  幸福是一种感觉,它不取决于人们的生活状态,而取决于人的心态。可以说,一个人的心态决定了他能不能获得幸福。幸福的感觉是一种心灵的震颤,即使当我们一无所有的时候,我们也可以大声说:“我很幸福。”因为我们相信幸福。

  林肯说过:“对于大多数人来说,他们认定自己有多幸福,就有多幸福。”对于海伦凯勒来说,三天的光明就是幸福。对于霍金来说,健康的身体就是幸福。“山穷水尽疑无路,柳暗花明又一村”是一种幸福,“安得广厦千万间,大庇天下寒士俱欢颜。”也是一种幸福。三毛在撒哈拉沙漠过着在常人看来清苦的生活,可她自己却认为那是人间最美好最幸福的地方,因为那里有她的小镇,有她的荷西,因为那一切对于她来说都是幸福,因为她坚信自己的幸福。我们常常哀叹自己的不幸,认为自己早已被幸福遗忘,却不知幸福一直就在我们身边,就在你自己的心中。

  Helping every american with autism achieve their full potential is one of this administration’s top priorities. at the u.s. department of health and human services, we continue to strive to meet the complex needs of all people with autism spectrum disorders (asd) and their families. while there is no cure, early intervention is critical and can greatly improve a child’s development. perhaps the biggest step we’ve taken to support those affected by autism and their families happened over a year ago, with the signing of the affordable care act. now, new insurance plans are required to cover autism screening and developmental assessments for children at no cost to parents. insurers will also no longer be allowed to deny children coverage for a pre-existing condition such as asd or to set arbitrary lifetime or annual limits on benefits. also, thanks to the new law, young adults are allowed to stay on their family health insurance until they turn 26. for a young adult with autism spectrum disorder and their family, that means peace of mind. it means more flexibility, more options, and more opportunity to reach their full potential. ultimately, there is more support for americans with autism than ever before. this means more promise of new breakthroughs that will help us understand autism even better. but in order to continue meeting the needs of people with autism, the combating autism act must be fully reauthorized. we still have a long way to go. working collaboratively with important partners, the affordable care act and the combating autism act will allow us to continue important research and develop and refine vital treatments. there are still many unknowns. however, one thing is certain. we will continue to work harder than ever to find solutions and provide support to individuals with asd and their families. together, we can help reduce disparities and allow everyone to actualize their greatest potential. kathleen sebelius is secretary of health and human services.

  我超喜欢的名人

  名人”这个专业名词大家都知道,可是这里的名人不是什么明星,而是我最最最崇拜的人,而且是一名了不起的作家,她就是--张海迪。

  我为什么会崇拜她呢?是因为我崇拜她的毅力,毅力”对我们每一个人兜非常重要,尤其是我们再很困难的时候,最需要的就是毅力了,张海迪的毅力是让我们广大中学生,以及大学生,小学生学习的。再张海迪5岁的时候,生了一场病,使她胸部一下失去了知觉--高位截瘫。这是一个多么令人吃惊震悚的结果啊。经过一段时间的艰苦锻炼,她才能坐起来,用胳膊支撑着。趴在桌子上。

  张海迪长大了,她希望自己能成为国家的`有用之才,可是她的自身条件是有限的,于是她开始了自己的自学的艰苦之路。邻居亲友小伙伴都成了她的老师,再这种艰苦的条件下,她仍然坚持不懈的努力学习着,她趴在桌子上,不停的读写坐久了,两肋钻心的痛,胸前也压出了一道道血痕,但是无论如何,她都挺去了,疼痛的表现没有打断她的自学之路。

  当她越过一道道难关,学习不断进步的时候,病情又一次恶化,大手术后,她只能躺在床上,连脖子也不敢扭,自学被迫中断,面对挫折和打击,她也并没有泄气,张海迪让妈妈把书放在枕头边,对面桌子上支一面镜子,这样,她可以借助镜子来看书,自学之路又一次的开始了。

  靠着这种顽强的毅力和精神,张海迪终于完成了学业,这是多么令人感动的事情啊,再我们中小学生的身上缺少的就是这种自强不息顽强的毅力,所以我们更要好好学习,长大后为祖国奉献一份自己的力量。

  广告是现代商业活动屮必不可少的手段,铺天盖地的广告给 人们带来了大量的商品信息。有人做过统计,大约有60%的人购买某种商品的时候,是受了广告的影响。广告是一种典型的商业行为,商业活动的一个基本准则就是公平诚实,但当许多人购买了某种商品而感到受骗时,他们或多或少就要怀疑起那些信誓旦旦的广告是否说了真话!比如说,喝了什么什么.考试准得多 少分,又云,一个月以内,智商可增加多少多少,最后还有什么荣誉出品……那些混乱不堪的用词幵始让人目瞪口呆,继而叫人痛恨愤怒、一派胡言乱语竟堂而皇之地出现在电视屏幕上、报刊电台中。不过,消费者也不是随便可欺的,人们已越来越怀疑某些广告的真实性,人们不得不谨慎地对待那些吹嘘之词,但那些吹嘘者自有“妖法”,诸如抬名人吓人等。按理说,名人都是有些身份的人,不会随便和那些昧着良心的`不法商人同流合污,但无奈铜臭的手伸向了所有的角落,只要给钱.你要我怎么说我就 怎么说,可以把大粪说成鲜花,也能将稻草吹成是金条。有人对 此现象表现出诧异,但如今有些名人本身素质就不高,更有一些实为假名人,或者是徒有虛名的名人 。

  我们还是要对名人提出忠告。

  忠告之一:社会关注名人,名人也应以十二分的责任心对待社会。

  X X从未得过什么病.却信誓旦旦地说就是这药治好了他的 顽疾;XX极力推荐某化妆品,可自己从来不用,这是没有起码责任心的表现。

  法国的一位影星做不实广告,结果锒铛人狱,中国的法制 还不健全,暂时可以高枕无忧。可那几位名人,利用人们的信任 作欺骗,对得起老百姓对得起自己吗?

  忠告之二:注意形象。一些名人由于功勋卓著,成就非凡, 深受公众爱戴,但如果在广告中一味迎合商品需要,就有可能败坏自己的原有形象;如果广告在艺术上一不讲质量,名人形象就更容易受到破坏,这难道不应视为是名人自身的悲哀吗!

  应当承认,现代社会离不开广告。“太阳神”集团的崛起, 广告功不可没。事实很清楚,做广告不一定非用名人不可,更没有必要一拥而上。西安畅森企业形象广告,太阳神的系列广告, 没有用名人,影响不是也很大吗?

  其实,老板们要想在市场上站稳脚跟,关键还是面向市场, 狠抓质量管理,狠抓降低成本与消耗,狠抓新品种开发和技术更 新,狠抓……仅仅靠几个名人是打不下商品销售江山的。
