This book describes that the hero came to Kazan with the desire to go to college and his dream was shattered. He had to work hard for survival, live in a compound, sell coolies, and make friends with small citizens and college students. Today, I read a book "childhood · on earth · my university" written by Soviet celebrity Gorky. I read it with great emotion. I wrote this post reading feeling.
Childhood reflects Gorky's hard days at his grandmother's house after his father's unfortunate death in his childhood. What he sees every day is some ugly things, such as uncles fighting over family property, and grandfather beating children. But at the same time, he was loved by his grandmother. His grandmother often told him stories and encouraged him to write more articles in the future, which gradually made him interested in literature. These stories in childhood are very profound and touching in the author's works. In the world, Gorky went out to work to make a living because of his grandfather's bankruptcy. He once worked as an apprentice in shoe stores, ships and many other places. He had to endure the irony of his boss and the scolding of the rich, and lived a very heavy and depressed life. "My university" tells the story of Gorky, 16, who dreamed of entering the University. Finally, through his efforts to enter the society, he was inspired and educated by the thought. The society's University showed him a colorful and broad world, making his ideological realm higher and higher.
After reading this trilogy, I was deeply shocked by the many humiliations and bullies Gorky suffered when he was a child because of reading. I also felt Gorky's unremitting spirit of eager to read and working hard when he was a child. In this novel recording Gorky's childhood and youth life, I realized Gorky's hatred for people's bad habits, his pursuit of freedom and his longing for a better life. This is precisely because of his strong feelings for society and his love for literature. He wrote hard and finally became a writer who influenced the whole world. I think: celebrities are admired because they often make achievements that ordinary people can't do. Compared with my superior living environment, I should cherish the good time now, take Gorky as an example, put pressure on myself, work bravely and strive to achieve my goals.
